Qbotic Gravity Roller Spiral Conveyor is the perfect solution for the downwards transportation of cartons, plastic crate/box and other rigid packaging items. The high-quality unpowered rollers are installed on the whole conveyor to achieve gentle transportation of product without power consumption.

- Zero Power Consumption - Qbotic Roller Spiral is not driven by a motor. Products slip down via rollers smoothly and make perfect declined transportation. Without power consumption, it is the most eco-friendly solution.
- Flexible Customization - The width of the track and the number of layers are customized. Multi-entry transportation can be also realized by sensors and other electronic controls. Roller spiral is the best solution for high-rise buildings. Extra tracks can be also added to improve throughput.

BRAKE & ROLLER
BRAKE :
During transportation, the products on rollers will move toward the outer side and against the side guard naturally. With friction between the products and HDPE on the side guard, the speed of the product will slow down. An additional brake device is not needed.
SINGLE ROW FREE ROLLER
The single-row is the standard type of roller. Advantages of it include low cost, short production time, and great flexible load capacity, etc. There is no limitation for the packaging of products (both soft and hard material). Light-duty/heavy-duty rollers with different diameters are available as options.
On this type of roller, products slid down against the outer side guard due to the same linear speed on the roller. Accordingly, products can not be kept in the central of the track.
MULTIPLE ROW FREE ROLLER :
Multi-row is not the standard type of roller. It also has advantages such as flexibility in load capacity and no limitation in the packaging of products (both soft and hard). Light-duty/heavy-duty rollers with different diameters are available as options.
On the multi-row rollers, the products move in a circular motion. During transportation, the linear speed is dispersed because of the individual friction between products and rollers. Accordingly, the product will slide down within the center of the track. However, the products will slide down at high speed. Please note that it is not suitable for fragile products.
SINGLE TRACK SPIRAL CONVEYOR

It minimizes footprint and power consumption is the perfect solution for the light-duty conveyance of small objects.
Qbotic Track Spiral Conveyor is equipped with 135 mm or 165 mm slat chains.
To ensure the high quality of the product, all slat chains are designed and produced by QBOTIC AUTOMATIONS.
Features :
- Small Footprint - A narrow track spiral conveyor is one of the most compact solutions for vertical conveyance. With a small footprint, it can fit in the limited space.
- Frame of Spiral Conveyor - The frame is made of stainless steel or mild steel painted (double-coated, primer + topcoat). Good materials ensure durability and the long service life of the conveyors.
- Low Noise - Operational noise is only 60 dB (normal conversation is at 60-70 dB). This ensures you a comfortable working environment.
- Low Maintenance - A lubrication device is installed in Qbotic Spiral Conveyor to simplify the work of maintenance.
SEW is the standard brand of the motor we use, while other brands are also available, please specify.
The control box is not standard equipment for Qbotic Spiral Conveyor.
Specifications
- The standard width of slat chains in narrow track spiral conveyors is 135 mm and 165 mm.
- Other customized widths are also available, please clarify your needs by filling out the questionnaire.
- The maximum number of turns is 12. The maximum height of a spiral conveyor is 12 m.
- The maximum temperature in the contact zone between the conveyor belt and products is 50ﾟC.
